Eligibility Criteria:
The eligibility criteria shall be as under :
(i) The candidates should be Indian Nationals.
(ii) The candidates who would be passing their B.E/B.Tech OR ME / M.Tech (Integrated Course only) during the academic session 2006-2007 only would be eligible to apply.
(iii) The maximum age limit would be 26 years as on 31.8.2007 (relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST/PH candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates). Relaxation in age by 5 years is also admissible to candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir during the period 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989.
(iv) General and OBC category candidates are required to pass their degree examination with minimum 65% marks so as to be eligible for appointment in the Corporation (relaxed to pass class for SC, ST & Physically Handicapped candidates).
