Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.
An order consists of list of Courses and the terms items and courses have been used below interchangeably. Sometimes an order can shipped partially in phases, in such cases the shipped part of the order is the list of courses/items sent and the unshipped part are the courses/items that are yet to be shipped.
I. Delivery mode
We use EMS Speed Post to deliver the packages to your shipping address. As soon we ship the package, as a confirmation we send you the Speed Post number to your mail account. You can track your package using the EMS Speed Post tracking system using the following link:

II. Shipping time
We make our best efforts to ship all items in your order within 3 working days from the day of receiving confirmation of the payment of your order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order due to unavailability of an item. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall inform you about the delay through email or phone, in such a case you can either seek a new item in its place or cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, by sending an email to nptel.bodhbrigde@gmail.com. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment. Please note that any such changes to your initial order has to be notified to us through the email id by which you have registered with us during the User Registration process. Such a communication through email is considered an electronic document and is valid as proof for resolving any conflicts that might arise.
Total Delivery time depends on the distance of your place from Chennai. Please wait for at least a week from the shipping date before the packet can reach you. You can track the packet from with the Speed Post number which has been given to you.
III. Shipping Address
The Shipping Address is where a customer wishes to receive his order. It could be his home, office or any valid address. Every time you place an order you have the option of choosing the shipping address. Please take extra care in giving us the right shipping address, provide us with your Pincode and mobile/phone number that can help the deliver people. In case of the packet returns back to us due to any error in shipping address, we will communicate the same to you and your can give us your correct address by email. Such a change in shipping address has to be notified to us through the email id by which you have registered with us during the User Registration process. Such a communication through email is considered an electronic document and is valid as proof for resolving any conflicts that might arise.

V. Refund and Cancellation Policy.
I. Change in Order request will be taken by e-mail, only when your packet is not physically dispatched. Please note that any such changes to your initial order has to be notified to us through the email id by which you have registered with us during the User Registration process. Such a communication through email is considered an electronic document and is valid as proof for resolving any conflicts that might arise out of..
II. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded in circumstances such as:.
a.In case of a damaged item (course) you must contact us and end us back the packet and on our verification of the faultiness of the item (course), we will surely send a new copy of the same item, but in such cases we
cannot
cancel or refund the order..b.In case of an error with respect to the item in the packet, you can contact us and on verification of an error, we will take the necessary action to rectify the error..
III. Refund and Cancellation are strictly limited to the following conditions..
a.If the item (course) requested is not available with us..
