Written Test Pattern:
Lot of CAT type DI’s (calculator allowed – so junta not preparing for CAT like me were not at a disadvantage)

Group Discussion  (Specify topics and wat they look for)
None

Interview (Specific topics for every rounds and wat the interviewers were looking for):
Round 1: Case Interview (not the consulting type) – more quantitative, expected to cover exhaust all possibilities and work the math out correctly. Judged on an absolute scale. Immediately sent to second round. It’s a selection process till some point.. not an elimination process.
Round 2: Again a case interview – tougher. Took a lot of time and made a few mistakes – did not matter. Again a selection process. Immediately sent to 3rd round.

HR Round (Any general questions abt character or questions like  best thing  u hav done etc)
Round 3: Behavioural Interview – Given a few situations (one by one) and asked how I reacted to them – did not prepare. Was just genuine. Very peaceful.

Case Interviews are generally peaceful. Just logical and structured thinking is enough to crack them.
