Eligibility:
            Graduates in any discipline. Final year students of Graduate Courses can also apply.
How to apply
              Candidate can choose any one of the following modes to apply.

           Obtain Form with MAT Bulletin/CD against cash payment of Rs 1200/- (One thousand two hundred only) from listed branches of Bank of Baroda, Axis Bank, listed Study Centres of AIMA OR from AIMA, New Delhi. or    Obtain crossed Demand Draft (DD) of Rs 1200/- (One thousand two hundred only) in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi from any Bank. Register online at website www.aima-ind.org/matmay12 alongwith the DD details. Detailed procedure is given on the website link.

                      Four Digit codes for Management Institutes/University Departments accepting the MAT Score are given in the List of Participating Institutes/Universities as MI Code. There are five blocks consisting of four boxes each given in the Form. Fill the codes of those five institutes only where you have applied or are applying for admission.

Applicants are advised to check the approval/recognition status of various programs directly from the concerned Authorities/ Institutes/ Universities.

Test Centre City
          Test Centre City list is provided in the bulletin. Test Venues for Paper-Based Test and Computer Based Test are different. The Paper-Based Test will take place only on one day i.e., 06 May 2012 at one time slot i.e., 10.00am-12.30pm, whereas the Computer Based Test will take place from 12 May 2012 onwards in different time slots.
    If the number of candidates registered for Computer Based Test is limited and can be accommodated in a single day; the test will be completed on 12 May 2012 itself.
     If the number of candidates registered for Computer Based Test is few in a particular centre, these candidates have to appear for the Paper-Based Test on 06 May 2012 only.
    One candidate can appear only for one date for the May 2012 MAT.

    All Forms received at AIMA will be scanned / validated within 3 days and the Form Numbers of such received forms will be available on website link:
    www.aima-ind.org/mat_receipt.aspx.

    Further, your form will be scrutinized and if found in order; it will be provisionally registered.
                          MAT Registration Form received later than the due date is liable to be rejected. Neither any correspondence in this regard will be entertained nor will the fee be refunded.

Admit Card
        All provisionally registered candidates both for Paper Based and Computer Based Test can down load their Admit Card from AIMA website link: www.aima-ind.org/mat_centre.aspx 7 days before the Paper Based test date i.e., with effect from 28 April 2012 (Saturday).Specific Admit Card will be generated both for the candidates opted for the Paper Based Test and for the Computer Based Test.
      

  Admit Card would be having Candidate Name, Form No, Roll NO, Test Date, Test Time and Test Venue Address. Candidate has to strictly follow the date and time allotted to them in the case of Computer Based Test.
       

                    Candidates applied for Computer Based Test and who have been permitted to appear for the Computer Based Test; have to down load the Admit Card 7 days before the Paper Based Test date  i.e., with effect from 28 April 2012 (Saturday) from AIMA website. Candidates accessing the website the earliest can choose the Date and Time of his/her choice subject to availability. Those who have not opted the date and time slot for 4-5 days; will be automatically allotted date and time slot by the system. No request for change of date and time slot can be entertained.  No separate Admit Card will be issued or dispatched.

                                          MAT 2012 - Management Aptitude Test is a National Entrance Test conducted by All India Management Association - AIMA  for admission to MBA and equivalent programmes in top MBA Colleges, Institutes and Business Schools in India. MAT Exam is considered to be one of the best mba entrance exam after cat and is taken by over 2 lakh students every year. Some of the top mba colleges in India refer MAT results for admission into their mba and pgdm programs. This exam is held 4 times in a year in feb, may, september and december.

It is imperative to clear MAT 2012 for MBA and PGDM aspirants in order to gain admission in renowned universities, colleges and business schools offering management courses.

                     The MAT test comprises of different subjects like literature, social science, mathematics etc. The total numbers of questions that have to be attempted are 100. CMS or Center for Management Services conducts the MAT Exam being a part of AIIMA (All India Management Association).

MAT 2012 - Management Aptitude Test for 2012-

MAT 2012 Eligibility:-

Every quarterly, the exam is conducted which has the following criteria:
1.    The candidate appearing for MAT 2012 should be a graduate form an acclaimed university. The final year graduate students can also sit for MAT test.
2.    There is no age limit to appear for this test.
3.    Similarly, there are no minimum marks required in graduation to appear for MAT.
