pavanchennuri 		hi friend don't look at marks in btech. ofcourse it is necessary to pass in examinations without backlags .but it is not manidatory .just have subject ,communication and leadership skills .just concentrate on above things only defnitly u will be placed . EXAMPLE A student in nit gujarat had 3 backs but placed in google with salary of 90,00,000 per annum. I HOPE U WILL UNDERSTAND MY POINT FRIEND!!. ALL THE BEST AND ROCKKK
