I have got the following profile
GATE Paper Appeared: CS
All India Rank: 512
GATE Score: 468
GATE Percentile: 97.07

Hi,
I'm not sure about IIT's but you have got very good chance in NITs. try for good NITs like NIT warangal,surathkal,Tiruchy etc.

haii..

Its litle difficult to get in to IITs, but U can try for NITs & IITs...

All south NITs are good with placements...

U can even try for NIT allahabad..i mean IIITs U can try.

It may be difficult to get in IIT. but u may get seat in good NIT

Its highly difficult to enter IITs...but may be U can get some less preference courses...

if possible apply to NIT, surthkal, they will have written test for selection, U may have a chance but can say a little chance...

Which of the 4 NITs i can get?

2. Trichy
3. Warangal

hello sir..i'm cse 2008 passed out
i got 300rank(98.3)percentile in gate 2008..
i got call for councelling in nit trichy..
is nit trichy better or iiith??
i heard that nit trichy has only 5 seats for general category in cse as they offer 50percent reservations in tamil nadu.i'm non resident of tamil nadu.shall i attend the councelling?
