answered by - alternate	Being top 5 in academics is good thing always. The trend has been changing now. There are so many companies preferring candidates who are good at academics. Mainly,The product development companies like ADP,Intergraph,Susken and others are looking for candidate with 70% above with no backlog HISTORY.
answered by - mrithuntp999	good thing for the average student is going through all the stages of an interview right from the written test onwards. because while giong directly in the HR ,the interviewer will ask questions deeply from subject.it is hard to pass for average student.
