in bangalore coleges like (SJCE, BMS, RV, UVC) they too are good with placements...

u can apply for some nits and some godd universities like jadavpur,.anna etc

U can try and see in NITs. PG in VLSI in any university is good because we have very less number of M.Techs in the country in the area of VLSI Design.

You maynot get PSG, becoz they will call all the good rankers below 1000.Sorry to say this.
But you can try for some good Universities like Osmania, JNTU, etc..

it is not possible to get in psg .but one possibility is their. first u apply TANCET in this test u get good rank u definitely get psg . in chennai some book shops sell tancet materials they give max questions in that material only .prepare well for tancet

try applying in bangalore institutes (UVC, BMS, RV, SJCE).. I'm not sure U may get but U can give a try..

If you can try then go for next year Gate,and crack it, then come to IIT only.
Because IITs are Benchmark anywhere.
If you can afford go for a coaching also, I know there are some institutes in Hyderabad for EE paper.

You have to PSG Notification. Check whether admission in PSG coimbatore is through GATE or any other entrance test.
