NITs(nagpur, rourkela, bhopal, jaipur kurukshetra)..
they als have good placements but less comapred to south NITS...

U can even try in Universities in bangalore, chennai & hyderabad..

Bangalore(SJCE, UVC, BMS, RV)

HYD(HCU, JNTU, Osmania, Andhra)..

U can try and see in NITs. PG in VLSI in any university is good because we have very less number of M.Techs in the country in the area of VLSI Design.

You can try NITs other than warangal, Suratkal, Trichy,Calicut.

You can try Anna University, Adhra univ., Osmania Univ. and some top private engineering colleges where u can get stipund from MHRD.

You can try MS in IIT Madras , you can try for Top 4 NITs also (warangal, Suratkal, Trichy, Calicut). You can try Anna University, Osmania University, Jadavapur University, Andhra University, BHU.

You can try for nits. but you may not get in top NITs. You can try for PSG koimbathore,OU,JNTU and some other good colleges in tamilnadu.

You can try MS in IIT Madras, you can try for some NITs also. You can try Anna University, Osmania Unversity, Andhra University.

Also look at some good private engineering colleges in chennai, hyderabad and banglore. You will get stiphend bcoz MHRD will give stiphund for GATE qualified students.

You can look at MS at IIT Madras. You can look at Top 4 NITs-warangal,Suratkal,Tiruchi,Calicut. Also try for IIIT Banglore, IIIT Hyderabad. U can try for IIIT Allahabad, IIIT Gwalior, Hyderabad Central University.

U can apply for all south nits, have a chance to get a call... but they do have written test & interview.. be prepared...

in worst cane only go to private universities & colleges.. can try in IIITs too...
