i am assuming that u r a student of ece. U can try M.Tech (CEDT) in IISc Banlgore. U can try in all IITs. U prepare for interviews well, bcoz Some IITs (IIT Kanpur) organizes written tests and interviews also.

I think u will get either VLSi or Communication Systems in one of the IITs. Check cut-offs page in this site once.

better to apply wherever interviews are there. direct admissions i am not sure.

if you got good specalization in any IIT better to move may be. but first get the seat somewhere in IIT later you can think to go or not to go.

For ur percentile there are chances to get into iits .U can get in IIT-gawhati either vlsi or dsp and U can apply for IIT-roorkee and IT-BHU .Try whether u get a chance in IIT-Delhi in any of the branches .Also try for some MS programs in iits .As GK said look into the cases where the admission is based upon interviews ... ALL THE BEST

U can apply for IITG,IITR & IITD as they conduct test U may get chance to get a call..

Don't apply for IITs with direct entry...

If interested U can try in south NITs, U will get there defintely, but give first preference to IITs..
