Just concentrate a little bit on your vocabulary, and spoken english. Make your rural background as your strength rather than a weakness.

hi iam teja iam also from same back ground dont concentrate on personal problem just concentrate on your subject and try to read any of english books susch as cheetan baghat and find the meaning of the words which u didnt understand and remember those and use when the time comes....
