This indicates that the buyer has successfully placed the order for this item and is awaiting sellers acceptance to serve the order. Seller is expected to change the status from Pending to Accepted if he is ready to serve the order else change it to Rejected. In case the seller does not indicate any change the status within 3 days the status will be changed to Refund and the buyer will be refunded the amount for that Item (only not the whole Order).
This indicates that the Seller has accepted to send the Item to the Buyer. He gives the no. of days in which he will post the Item. Once he has posted the item Seller can change the status to POSTED. In case the Seller does not post the Item within the mentioned days, after a warning the Item amount will be Refunded (changed to REFUND) to the Buyer.
This indicates that the Item has been posted. While updating this status, the Seller gives the proof of Postage in form of Postage ID number to be able to track the packet. Once the Buyer receives the item Buyer is expected to change the status from POSTED to RECEIVED along with the feedback.
When the Buyer recieves the packet he needs to change the status from POSTED to RECEIVED. Buyer can also give his feedback to the seller. Once the buyer has changed the status the Money is transferred to the Seller. Hence if there are any issues the Buyer is expected to raise the flag before changing the status.
