Job profile Details (Customer Support Associate):
CSA Level Hiring:
1. Voice (Inbound Customer Service)
For voice we will be looking at excellent communication skills, grammar pronunciation etc.
2. Semi Tech Voice (Inbound Customer Service)
Semi Tech will include minimum 6 month course from a computer institute, should have average trouble shooting skills and a fairly good idea on broadband connections. This would be an added advantage.
Eligibility:
1. Should be a any graduate (B.Sc.,B.A.,B.Com, M.A, M.Com, etc.) - 2011 and 2012 Batch
2. Sound communication with good accent.
3. fresher’s with Good Communication Skills are eligible.
Job Details:
Designation : Customer Support Executive
Work Location : Bangalore
Work Timing : Might vary according to the project.
Salary : Rs.15,000 per Month, Higher Salary for experienced candidates
