While you read this text there are approximately 400 million Indians unable to read and write. Still more, are yet to make the 1st phone call of their lives and many others live without electricity, or earn less than a dollar a day.

These are just few of the realities that rural India faces and this programme gives you the opportunity to make a positive impact to some of them. 

So, if you think you're up for a challenge and willing to rough it out in the unknown, yet committed to making your summer vacation useful and memorable for more people than yourself, then India Fellow Youth is just the programme for you.
