Job description:
Taking Care of joining formalities of the Employees
Employee Induction/Communication of Corporate Policies
Co-ordination with the new joinees
Issuing the Offer Letters/ appointment letter/ confirmation/transfer/ promotion letters
Handling Employee queries/grievances
Should be capable of handling MIS for 5200 employees
Should be good in Ms Excel, Updating of Master database and HR database Management
Designing, Updating & Implementing HR policies and procedures
Produce, check and deliver data and information timely and accurately for payroll processing
Administering Labor law compliant employment letters & policies
Designing & Administering policies and Procedures which are law compliant
Performance Appraisal and advice management on appraisal issues
Monitor the timely and accurate application of the objective setting and performance management cycle
Interface with HR fraternity across the company
Completely taking care of Exit process/Full and Final Settlements
Preparing and Submitting attrition analysis report on a monthly basis
Exposure in Labor Laws, PF, ESI, PT, Payroll, HRMIS and Compensation
Manage HR data administration in various HR systems. Verify, approve, and process transactions for employees in multiple workflow systems.
Maintaining and updating Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS
Maintaining personal files, leaves, attendance etc.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR programs
Build positive working relationships with management and employees
Keep abreast with HR trends and developments and increase own professional expertise
Contribute to establishing a professional HR environment.
Ability to make presentations, to analyze and report relevant HR information to HR and Management within own area of responsibility
To ensure timely and accurate information is provided to all stakeholders and to identify potential improvements of any HR related activity.
Analyze HR data and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
Issuing memos, notices and co-ordinate in disciplinary actions against employees
Responsible for handling the entire gamut of HR responsibilities
Participate in HR related projects on a Business Unit level
To support in the implementation of HR policies, processes and programs to recruit, equip, develop, motivate and retain our people

THE MATERNITY BENEFIT ACT
THE SHOP AND ESTABLISHMENTS ACT
THE PAYMENT OF WAGES ACT - 1936
THE INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENTS (NATIONAL AND FESTIVAL HOLIDAYS) ACT
The PAYMENT OF SUBSISTENCE ALLOWANCE ACT
Experience : Freshers or 2 - 4 yrs in post recruitment
Salary : 10 15 k max based on skill, knowledge & experience
Travel : Willingness to travel across India five days per month for HR audit
